Who is John Galt?  Chances are, if you are a liberty loving individual, you have either read or heard of Ayn Rand's novel Atlas Shrugged.  In the novel, John Galt is the single most influential person working to bring change to an increasingly socialist society.  Throughout the novel, the question "Who is John Galt?" is continually asked both as a figure of speech as though he was a mythical person as well as when it was becoming apparent that he truly existed.

The "who is ron paul?" campaign was inspired by this phrase for two reasons.  The first of which is for people to see the phrase and literally ask the question to themselves.  In turn, we hope that they will go and research for themselves exactly who he is.  Once they start digging, they will quickly see the second reason for our inspiration.  That is that we believe that Ron Paul is currently the single most influential person leading the cause for true liberty in our time.
